Welcome to the DAO PropTech Tokenized Rewards Program. We are excited to introduce our new DPTR Coin, designed to provide utility and rewards for our valued users.
DPTR Coins can be used to purchase items, access discounted services on the DAO platform, and even cash out with minimal service charges.
These terms and conditions govern your participation in our program. By participating, you agree to these terms and conditions.
Participants: Both referrers and referees must be registered users of DAO PropTech.
Referral Code: Referees must use the referrer’s code upon signup for the referrer to qualify for any referral benefits.
Transaction Timing: Both referrer and referee qualify if the referee makes the first transaction within 60 days of signup.
Referral Rewards for Referrers
First Transaction: For each referred user, referrers earn 5% of the total transaction amount converted to DPTR Coins for the first transaction.
Second Transaction: For each referred user, referrers earn 2% of the total transaction amount converted to DPTR Coins for the second transaction.
Third Transaction: For each referred user, referrers earn 1% of the total transaction amount converted to DPTR Coins for the third transaction.
Points Conversion Rate: 1000 PKR equals 1 DPTR Coin.
Verified Signup Rewards
DPTR Coins for Signups: Referrers earn 0.3 DPTR Coins for each verified signup.
Signup Reward Condition: The signup reward is given when at least one referred user has transacted on the platform.
Maximum Cap: Referrers can earn DPTR Coins for up to 50 qualified signups.
Referee Discounts
First Transaction Discount: Referees receive 5% of the total transaction amount in the form of DPTR Coins for their first transaction.
Transaction Timing: The first transaction must occur within 60 days after signup.
Points Conversion Rate: 1 DPTR Coin = Rs. 1,000
Reward Redemption
Viewing Rewards: Users can view their referral rewards on their referral portal.
Claiming DPTR Coins: DPTR Coins can be claimed in the following ways:
Area Purchase: DPTR Coins can be used to purchase area in any listed projects on the platform.
Exciting Rewards: DPTR Coins can be converted into exciting rewards like mobile phones, tech gadgets, etc. (to be listed on the platform soon).
Cash Option: DPTR Coins can be converted to cash, with 10% service charges deducted for this option.
Conversion Rate: 1 DPTR Coin equals 1000 PKR for cash conversion or area purchase.
Points Expiry: Earned DPTR Coins must be redeemed within one year from the date of issuance.
Customer Support: For redemption of DPTR Coins or any other queries, referrers can contact the DAO helpline.
Program Restrictions
Prohibited Activities: Participants are prohibited from engaging in fraudulent activities or misusing the referral program.
Monitoring: DAO PropTech reserves the right to monitor accounts for fraudulent activity and disqualify participants engaging in such behavior.
Right to Terminate: DAO PropTech reserves the right to terminate or suspend access to the referral program for any participant who breaches these terms and conditions.
Data Privacy
Use of Data: Participants’ data will be used solely for the purpose of administering the referral program and will be protected in accordance with our privacy policy.
Dispute Resolution
Process: Any disputes arising from the referral program will be resolved through DAO PropTech’s customer support. If unresolved, disputes will be settled through binding arbitration in accordance with local laws.
Multiple Referrals
Referral Code Usage: Multiple referees can use the same referral code. All earned rewards will be shown on the referrer’s page on the portal.
Limitation of Liability
No Warranties: DAO PropTech provides the referral program “as is” without any warranties of any kind.
Limitation: DAO PropTech shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the referral program.
Compliance: Participants are responsible for any taxes associated with their rewards.
Changes to Terms
Modification: DAO PropTech reserves the right to modify these terms or discontinue the referral program at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on this page.
Continued Participation: Continued participation in the referral program after any modifications constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
